Pipeline reinforcement mesh combines crimped line wires with straight cross wires. The welded structure sits within the concrete weight coating, also known as CWC.

Crimped line wires

A repeating wave profile forms the longitudinal structure of the mesh.

Welded intersections

Straight cross wires are resistance welded to the line wires, holding the mesh geometry together.

What should I include in a quotation request?

Please share the wire diameter, mesh width and spacing, roll length, required quantity, destination and inspection requirements. A drawing is helpful when your specification differs from the reference configuration.

Does the mesh provide the pipeline's concrete weight?

The concrete coating provides the weight. The wire mesh is embedded as reinforcement within that coating. The complete coating arrangement is determined by the project design.

Can I inquire with a drawing instead of a model number?

Yes. Select “Drawing-based requirement” in the inquiry form and describe your requirements. Email your drawing to sales@wnmesh.com and include your inquiry reference if available.

How are inspection and packing requirements confirmed?

Include the required tests, applicable specification, marking and packing instructions in your inquiry. These details should be agreed as part of the supply specification before an order is placed.
